At Skinfoster, customer satisfaction is our priority.
- Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless received damaged or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
