🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, or damaged products due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

3. Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong or defective product, you can request an exchange within 7 days.

Exchange conditions:

4. Refund Policy

Refund Process:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → Refund will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit.
  • Refund processing time: 7-10 business days after return approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
